We're looking for an Application Support Engineer to join the development team of a reputable organisation that have been leading in their industry for over 20 years. Play a crucial role in supporting their flagship business application. This will be onsite for 6 months but will eventually be a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). What You’ll Be Doing: Providing support to the users and teams of the business applications. Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues—no direct client interaction. Working closely with development teams, presenting insights into potential issues. Utilising SQL and JavaScript to investigate problems and support issue resolution.
