His passion lies working closely with candidates to orchestrate their next ideal step towards a better career. He is able to apply this in-depth candidate knowledge when working with clients to place talent that makes a difference from a cultural fit to productivity and performance.

Outside of the office, you’ll find James either enjoying his time with his two beautiful children or wasting his time whacking a tiny ball with a metal stick into a series of holes scattered around a well-kept landscape whilst trying to maintain his composure.
