About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Configuration Analyst to join our client's team on a remote basis. There will be regular office visits, so it is essential that you can travel to Norwich once every 2 weeks.

As a Configuration Analyst you will work with a broad range of clients on specialist CRM software. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems and drive operational efficiency and increase the positive impact of public sector services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain configuration standards.
  • Analyse, optimise, and maintain system configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues, minimising system downtime and maximising user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and configuration optimisation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to implement system changes and ensure seamless integration with organisational processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with configuration management tools and processes.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
