About the Role

Dynamics 365 Developer

We are searching for a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer to join our established organisation. In this remote position, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

Configure and customise Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs. Develop custom entities, fields, workflows, and business rules. Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and performance. Manage data within Dynamics 365, including cleansing, migration, and integration. Administer user roles, security settings, and access controls. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other relevant applications. Document system configurations, customisations, and processes. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements. Stay up-to-date on CRM updates and industry best practices.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics, Power Platforms, SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and collaborative mindset with a focus on organisation. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience working in an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP/CRM projects and implementation. A passion for learning coding and scripting practices. Experience using structured testing techniques. Self-motivated and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills.
