A prominent financial services company is seeking a Senior App Developer proficient with Flutter to spearhead the development of their flagship app. This is a pivotal role that directly supports the exciting pipeline of projects and changes happening in the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the flagship Flutter mobile app.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and the long-term technology roadmap.

Key Experience
  • 2+ years Flutter experience
  • 4+ years of mobile application development experience
  • Proficient in Dart, JavaScript, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
  • Hands on experience with the full SDLC.
  • Experience converting designs from tools (preferably Figma) into functional applications.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and component-based frontend architecture.
  • Familiarity with Android/iOS UI development and backend processes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in animation is desirable.
