- Provide remote support for systems, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Asses, resolve, and escalate tickets efficiently using their portal.
- Work closely with field engineers, service coordinators, and project managers.
- Configure systems, manage deployments, and assist in system documentation.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Basic networking skills (e.g. CCNA or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and remote management tools.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
