About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Power Platform Developer to join an established professional services business in Norwich that is investing heavily in their automation, Power Platform and AI capability.

This role is ideal for someone with good hands-on Power Platform experience who enjoys working directly with users, understanding how processes currently work and building practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency.

Salary: From £35,000 + benefits

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience designing, documenting and improving business workflows
  • Confidence working directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Experience connecting Power Platform solutions to data sources, APIs and wider business systems
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL or similar data platforms
  • A structured approach to testing, troubleshooting and deploying solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences

What you will do:

  • Build and enhance Power Apps solutions
  • Design Power Automate workflows to streamline and reduce manual processes
  • Work with users to identify, assess and prioritise opportunities for automation
  • Supoport, maintain and improve existing Power Platform applications
  • Connect solutions via APIs, connectors and business data sources
  • Support testing, release management and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to governance, standards and follow best practices
  • Help shape how automation and AI are adopted and scaled across the business
