Change & Problem Management – Follow change control procedures, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and document solutions. Skills & Experience Required: Must-have: Proven experience in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or DevOps. Hands-on experience with server installation, maintenance, and monitoring. Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems and networking concepts. Knowledge of Git, Node.js, and GitLab Runner. Experience with containerisation (Docker, Docker Swarm/Kubernetes).
