About the Role

We’re excited to share an IT Support vacancy that would suit someone looking for their first job in IT, either from education, or another career path following some self-learning.

The role is Norwich based, on-site, so you must be able to reliably commute daily.

This is a 1st Line Support role where you’ll be the go-to person for IT support across a growing organisation with both office-based and remote users. It’s a hands-on role in a friendly, sociable team, offering you exposure to a broad range of technologies and the chance to develop into 2nd and 3rd Line support over time.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Setting up and managing user accounts and access control across various systems
  • Managing hardware, including new builds and fixes (PCs, Macs, printers)
  • Some network management
  • Providing 1st Line support to office-based and remote users
  • Helping on key IT projects such as migrations, implementing automation and business processes

  • No previous experience required – just a passion for IT and problem-solving!
  • A friendly, customer-focused approach – you’ll be the first point of contact for IT queries

The Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust on-premise infrastructure, with a roadmap to selective cloud adoption. You will be responsible for server builds, automation, containerisation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless operations and scalability. Key Responsibilities: On-Premise Infrastructure – Install, configure, and maintain production/UAT servers (Windows/Linux). Cloud Expansion – Support cloud provisioning (Azure) while ensuring seamless integration with existing on-prem infrastructure. Automation & CI/CD – Enhance deployment and release processes with CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab, GitLab Runner).
