This role offers a great opportunity for a developer with a solid foundation in C# and .NET to build on their skills, work on real-world products, and continue progressing professionally within a supportive development team. The Role You will work as part of an agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and ongoing improvement of core software products. The team is currently focused on scaling existing platforms and modernising a legacy codebase into newer versions of .NET. You will gain a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and the company’s product suite, while supporting delivery against agreed milestones and quality standards. There will also be opportunities to support colleagues and customers through documentation, training, and product demonstrations as your confidence grows. They’re looking to appoint a Team Lead to take ownership of a small, close-knit internal development team and bring structure, consistency and clarity to how work is delivered. Hybrid working | 2–3 days per week onsite This is a people and delivery leadership role, not a hands-on development position.
